Arrive early. Back entry only.

Bring a mat, towel, and water.

All late cancels (8 hours prior to class) and no shows will be charged no exceptions.

We are currently operating at reduced capacity: 24 students max per class.

No shoes on the mat.

Mind your mat, not your neighbor. This is a practice not a competition.

No cell phones or gum chewing allowed in the studio.

Groupon and Class Students MUST pre-register. Walk ins not allowed.
